Investors

10 questions

You are investing directly in LETI as a company a marketplace platform that earns commission on every short-let booking, every home service completed, and every service provider onboarded. Your investment funds the completion of the mobile app, escrow infrastructure, marketing, and platform growth. In return, you receive either an equity stake in the company or a revenue-share percentage, depending on your investment tier.
LETI has four investment tiers: Tier 1 (₦500K – ₦2M), Tier 2 (₦2M – ₦5M), Tier 3 (₦5M – ₦10M), and Tier 4 (₦10M+). Each tier unlocks different participation benefits. Higher tiers gain stronger equity positions, priority allocation, and more direct access to founder communication. Detailed terms for each tier are provided after registration.
The minimum investment is ₦500,000. This places you in Tier 1 and gives you access to early-stage equity or revenue-share participation. As the platform grows in value, early investors at even the minimum tier stand to benefit significantly from first-mover positioning.
Under the revenue-share structure, a ₦1,000,000 investor may receive a projected 15–25% return over 18–24 months, performance-based. Higher tiers qualify for higher participation benefits. LETI's projected monthly commission revenue at scale is ₦20M–₦30M+ from bookings alone, with additional income from the Service Hub. Returns ultimately depend on platform growth and milestone achievement.
Equity means you own a percentage of LETI as a company. As the company grows in value, your equity appreciates and you may benefit from dividends or an exit event. Revenue-share means you receive a defined percentage of LETI's transaction revenue over a set period, tied directly to how much the platform earns. The best option for you depends on your investment goals and time horizon. Detailed terms are discussed after registration.
LETI earns revenue through five streams: booking commission (5–12% on every short-let transaction), escrow processing fees, service provider registration fees (₦3,000 one-time per provider), service transaction commission (10% on every completed job), and premium listing fees. Every stream directly contributes to the revenue pool from which investors benefit through equity appreciation or revenue-share.
LETI is launching in Lagos first, establishing market dominance and proving the model before expanding to other Nigerian cities and eventually across Africa. The timeline for expansion depends on platform performance and capital deployment. Early investors participate before national and continental scale meaning they enter at the lowest valuation.
All registered investors receive direct communication with the founding team. This includes onboarding calls, access to quarterly performance reports, and a dedicated contact channel for investor queries. Investors in Tier 2 and above receive enhanced access to strategic discussions and milestone updates.
As with any early-stage investment, there is inherent risk. LETI is transparent about this: returns under the revenue-share structure are performance-based and tied to growth milestones. For equity investors, the value of your stake reflects the platform's performance. LETI commits to full financial transparency through regular reporting. We encourage all investors to review detailed terms carefully and seek independent financial advice before committing.
